To celebrate, of course, I baked tofupuppy a birthday cake!!! unfortunately, he only lick'd off the cream cheese & nibbled a bit of the actual cake. LOL! puppy doesn't take after my love of sweets & desserts (or my fattie-ness)...=P
tofupuppy's birthday cake is made with 25g all-purpose flour, 15g barley flour, 12g maple syrup, 1 egg, 20g grated carrot & 20g grated apple. 1. beat egg with maple syrup for 2 minutes, 2. mix in flour, carrot & apple, 3. bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F, 4. frost with softened cream cheese (i color'd the cream cheese with wilton icing color gel).
tofupuppy's a messy eater, likes his food from the dirty floor!!
off to the doggie park we go!!!
